  • Attorney-at-law

    Stijn has been working as a lawyer in employment law since 2018 and has spent over five years at the largest law firm in Southern Netherlands. There, he gained specialist experience in a broad employment law practice. His focus was on advising companies in areas such as dismissal law, collective labor agreements, organizational changes, restructurings, business transfers, and the position of statutory directors. He also provided assistance to employees in dismissal cases and other labor disputes. Stijn founded law firm Arbeidsadvocaat.nl in May 2023.

    Stijn studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he completed the selective master's program in Employment Law in 2017. In 2022, he successfully completed the postgraduate specialization course PALA from Erasmus Academy.

    Stijn is a member of the specialization association Employment Law Lawyers Netherlands (VAAN), the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA), and the Employment Law Association (VvA).

Sanne Dolstra

    Sanne Dolstra has been working in the legal profession since 2019 and has gained nearly six years of experience at the largest law firm in the South of the Netherlands. Within a specialized labor law practice, she provided advice and litigated on a wide range of employment law issues. She now applies this broad expertise to advise and represent employers and employees on matters such as employment contracts, incapacity for work, dismissal cases, reorganizations, employee participation, and cross-border employment. Her analytical sharpness and pragmatic approach ensure that she translates complex legal challenges into clear, efficient, and applicable solutions.

    In addition to her work as a lawyer, Sanne is actively involved in the legal community. As a board member and conference portfolio holder of the Young Bar Association of the Netherlands (Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland), she is responsible for organizing the largest event for young lawyers in the country. She is also a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers (VJAA) and has regularly lectured at universities on labor law and social security law. She strongly believes in the power of knowledge sharing and innovation to make labor law more accessible and future-proof.
